About Us

St. Isidore Virtual School is a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 Virtual School that is the newest branch of the Kenora Catholic District School Board family of schools. The school is named after Saint Isidore of Seville, who is recognized in the Roman Catholic Church as the patron saint of computers and the internet.

The school was created to welcome elementary and secondary students who choose to learn from home in a virtual learning community.

At St. Isidore, we strive to create the same quality, inclusive and values-based education in a caring Catholic school community that our students are used to from their home-based school.

Our dedicated team of teachers and administrators aim to keep students in St. Isidore connected to their home school but also foster a distinct, online community as well.
